The buyer is entitled to assert claims against the seller for defects that the product had at the time of delivery, and is also entitled to claim the removal of the defect.
If the buyer finds a defect in the product, he is entitled to file a written complaint about the purchased samples of documents exclusively at the email address of the seller, given in the contact details (specifically: info@gironaprosport.com). The buyer can file a complaint within 3 days of delivery of the product.
The seller will handle the complaint within 30 days of the complaint being lodged.
The goods can be exchanged for another size or another model. The goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
The buyer has the opportunity to return the product without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the buyer returns the goods to the designated place (collection point in the Slovak Republic), is obliged to notify the seller in writing before sending the goods to the email address info@gironaprosport.com, and the goods must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
