Autumn training camp<\/strong> for recreational Gravel<\/strong> cyclists. <\/strong>\u00a0The camp will be organized in different groups, we will find a suitable location for everyone. The holding of this camp is connected with a big cycling event – Sea Otter Europe<\/strong> in Girona.<\/p>\n

Sea Otter Europe<\/strong><\/a>e is one of the largest cycling shows \/ events in Europe. During the three days of September 23, 24 and 25, Girona will be mainly about cycling. All major brands (Bianchi, Specialized, Canyon, Trek, etc., etc.) showcase their latest equipment and organize several associated events (races, MTB, Gravel).<\/p>\n

Combine a training camp with a visit to this event!<\/p>\n

Dates: September 19 – September 25, 2022<\/h4>\n

Target group:<\/strong> Gravel cyclists.\u00a0 We will have 2 groups according to different levels of cyclists.<\/p>\n

Part of the camp is participation in the sports event La Ciclobrava<\/span><\/span><\/a> (entrance fee is not included in the price, participation is voluntary)<\/p>\n

Where: Girona<\/a>, Spain<\/p>\n

Price: \u20ac 745<\/strong>\u00a0(includes accommodation in a double room in a hotel in the center of Girona (7 nights), breakfast, coach, training program, professional cycling bibs TACTIC<\/a>, basic package of sports nutrition)<\/p>\n

The price of the tour does not include bicycle rental, rental possible.<\/p>\n

Autumn training camp program:<\/h3>\n

The camp will take place around the Girona, a new adventure awaits you every day, with beautiful nature and beautiful views. We will focus on driving technique. On the last day we will participate in the sports event La Ciclobrava (participation voluntary).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trainings take place in the morning<\/strong> (except for the first day), after the training return to Girona<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(14: 00-15: 00) with the possibility of a group lunch with a coach. In the afternoon with cyclists a free program that you can use for hiking in the area (visit to wine cellars, a trip to the Costa Brava, a tour of historic Girona, access to local Romanesque baths) or to sit in local cafes run by former professional cyclists.<\/p>\n

In the middle of the week there will be an evening sitting which we will give tips on riding in the hills.<\/p>\n
