Day 1 – arrival in the coastal fishing town of Palam\u00f3s<\/p>\n
Day 2 – Sant Pol – Palam\u00f3s (La Fosca) 18 Km \/ elevation 190m + Arrival and accommodation in the seaside town of Sant Feliu de Guixols,<\/p>\n
Day 3 – Palam\u00f3s (La Fosca) – Calella de Palafrugell 10 Km \/ 240m + The route leads along the coast to Playa de Aro, then to the bay of Palam\u00f3s, where you can taste local fish specialties.<\/p>\n
Day 4 – Calella de Palafrugell – Begur 13 Km \/ 465m + Climb the Begur massif and visit the town with the castle.<\/p>\n
Day 5 – Begur – Peratallada 15 Km \/ 100m + Flat walk \/ run through medieval villages such as Pals and Peratallada.<\/p>\n
Day 6 – Peratallada – Torroella de Montgr\u00ed (12 Km \/ 125m +) A flat walk that will take you to the mouth of the river Ter with a magnificent view of the Medes Islands<\/p>\n
Day 7 – Torroella – Montgr\u00ed Massif (9 Km \/ 450m +) A circular route around the Montrgr\u00ed massif with a visit to the castle ruins. Possibility to extend your route and go to Estartit (20 Km \/ 565m +)<\/p>\n
