What to think about when preparing them?<\/h1>\n<p>Whether you are a professional athlete or an amateur,<strong> training camps<\/strong> are an event where you strengthen your <strong>physical<\/strong> but also your <strong>mental<\/strong> side. You will create strong team ties, broaden your <strong>knowledge of the chosen sport,<\/strong> and immerse yourself in the world of the &#8220;elite&#8221; PRO athlete.<\/p>\n<p>The focus of the camps is on <strong>training volume<\/strong>, but also on using the opportunity to learn <strong>new sports techniques, get inspired by other athletes and coaches<\/strong> and make new friendships. You can train without unnecessary distractions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training at home is limited by time constraints<\/strong>, work, family or social commitments. Some workouts need to be canceled or modified because your last meeting at work has been extended, or you need to cook dinner and clean up today. For training camps, these obligations are waived.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the training itself, the camp provides the opportunity to cover topics that are directly related to the training. What is the <strong>competition calendar<\/strong> of sports events in which I will participate? One of the main factors in preparing a campsite is the focus of the campsite. Am I at the beginning of the season? When do I plan the top event of the season? Do I need to train endurance? Speed? Technique? It will depend on when we participate in the camp and what its focus will be.<\/p>\n<h3>Organization of the training camp<\/h3>\n<p>The training camp must be planned and prepared so that we do not have to solve <strong>various logistical problems<\/strong> during it.<br \/>\nHow do we get to the camp site? Will we live in a hotel? In the apartment? In sports hostels? Does the accommodation have a washing machine where I can wash my sweaty clothes? Does it provide bicycle storage? How will we eat? Can we bring our own sports equipment or rent it on the spot? Will we need an accompanying vehicle? Mechanics? Masseurs?<\/p>\n<h3>Program outside of training<\/h3>\n<p>Ideally, we should participate in a training camp in a <strong>new environment<\/strong>, in a pleasant climate, and in a place that offers us the possibility of other attractions. <strong>Cycling camps, trail running camps or triathlon camps are usually organized in Spain, Italy or France<\/strong>. The training program usually takes place in the morning, so it is possible to engage in other activities in the afternoon.
