integral\u00a0part of the\u00a0purchase\u00a0contract\u00a0.\u00a0<span class=\"\">In the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">case\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><span in\u00a0<\/span><span>delivery\u00a0of goods\u00a0culpable\u00a0wrong\u00a0given by the\u00a0address of\u00a0the recipient\u00a0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>For\u00a0<\/span><span>damage to the\u00a0<\/span><span>shipment\u00a0caused\u00a0by the post\u00a0or\u00a0courier\u00a0service\u00a0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Any\u00a0<\/span><span>non-delivery\u00a0of the\u00a0buyer\u00a0,\u00a0which\u00a0may\u00a0result in\u00a0non-delivery of the\u00a0ordered\u00a0product\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The seller\u00a0<\/span><span>can\u00a0reserve\u00a0in\u00a0rare\u00a0cases,\u00a0the right\u00a0to\u00a0non-delivery of\u00a0ordered\u00a0product\u00a0(\u00a0intervention\u00a0force\u00a0majeure\u00a0,\u00a0technical\u00a0barriers\u00a0to\u00a0party\u00a0seller\u00a0,\u00a0suspicion\u00a0of\u00a0misuse of\u00a0the <\/span><span>delivery\u00a0<\/span><span>time\u00a0<\/span><span>is 4-5\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0order\u00a0confirmation\u00a0with\u00a0standard\u00a0delivery\u00a0, buyer\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0will return\u00a0the goods\u00a0to the\u00a0designated\u00a0place\u00a0(\u00a0collection\u00a0point\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0Slovak\u00a0Republic\u00a0), he the\u00a0buyer\u00a0are\u00a0subject to the\u00a0GTC\u00a0valid\u00a0and\u00a0effective\u00a0at the\u00a0time of the\u00a0given\u00a0business\u00a0relationship\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In the\u00a0<\/span><span>case\u00a0<\/span><span>,\u00a0<\/span><span>that\u00a0<\/span><span>some\u00a0of\u00a0the provisions of\u00a0the
